The salmon are packed and stored in styrofoam boxes with flake ice. Styrofoam 20 kg box (44 lbs). The boxes are packed on euro pallets.
Kept at a temperature at around 2°C (35.6°F) at Nordlaks and throughout the transportation.
Fresh whole salmon from Nordlaks are delivered by truck/train or by airfreight. This ensures the consumer a superior quality second to none.
